We had a great visit to San Antonio to see the Hestons for Thanksgiving. It's become a "tradition" to have a marshmellow roasting in the backyard no matter the season we visit S.A. (notice the short sleeves) So, of course we had a Thankgiving marshmellow roast, complete with all the s'mores fixings. Who doesn't love a little toasted marshmellow after a huge turkey dinner and pumpkin pie?
And speaking of turkey dinners, Joe and Stacy were perfect hosts. The food was fantastic and the company "was fun", as Stacy would say. And to answer the question, "how many Hestons does it take to carve a turkey?" the answer is apparently...three.
