With Ben's brand-new lunchbox broken and defective, we have been on the hunt today for a new one. Finding a lunchbox at this time of year is practically impossible, in case you didn't know. I have found more than enough girly ones (as is usually the case with retailers) and hardly any acceptable boyish ones. So, one of our stops was Children's Place for the camo one they have--or rather, had. And when Will saw their pirate costume for the second time in recent weeks, he seemed pretty convinced it was "the one". So, with the saleslady telling me that they usually sell out by September 20th, I relented. Actually said saleslady ended up getting me a pretty good deal on it with the help of a coupon she had stashed in a drawer nearby. Never one to be camera-shy, he was ready for a photo shoot this evening in full pirate gear.

My sweet Little John is all about being a pirate this year. I am trying to order this costume and having a hard time deciding what size to order him. I typically buy him a 6 in shorts and pants and a 7/8 in shirts. Do you think it runs big or small ?? Any advice before I make the order??
